[Career & Life Workshop Series - inaugural event]
◆What sort of event is this?
-A time to speak with other participants, explore and discover your true self-
This workshop is an interactive event open to everyone.
Through conversation, you will have the opportunity to explore your thoughts and values, and reflect on questions such as:

Who am I?

What is important to me?
The workshop is facilitated by a nationally certified Career Consultant in a warm and supportive atmosphere, making it easy for everyone to participate.
By gaining a deeper understanding of your values, you may find it easier to make choices that feel true to yourself in both work and daily life.
We look forward to sharing this meaningful experience with you.

以前は事務職をしていたAさん。ワークを通じて「人の話を聞きサポートすることが好き」と気づいた。その後、お客様対応や研修業務に挑戦し、仕事へのやりがいが増し評価にもつながった！
[仕事編]
自分の強みを知ることで
自分に合う働き方が見つかった！
変化に臆病と思っていたBさん。ワークで「成長」「挑戦」という言葉に強く惹かれ「本当は新しいことに挑戦したい」と気づいた。その後、習い事やボランティア活動を始め新しい仲間との出会いが増えた！
[ライフスタイル編]
自分が大切にしていることを知ることで行動が変わった！
いつも頼まれごとを断るのが苦手だったCさん。
「人に喜んでもらいたい」という価値観が強い一方で、「自分の時間も大切にしい」と気づいた。そこで「今回は難しいですが又声をかけてください」と伝える練習を始めた！
